What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 4:00 pm and check-out must be completed by 11:00 am.
Is it possible to arrange airport transfers?
Yes. To request a transfer, please contact the hotel team via email at oceanus@oceanusaparthotel.com
Can I make a special request for my booking?
Yes. Special requests can be made, but may be subject to additional charges depending on the request.
Does the hotel accept group bookings?
Oceanus Aparthotel follows a family-oriented concept and, due to its size, is not adapted for group bookings.
I am travelling by car. Where can I park?
There is parking available near the hotel where you can leave your car.
Does the hotel have internet access?
Yes. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi in all areas.
How can I get to the beach?
The nearest beach is approximately 500 metres from the hotel.
Do the apartments have an iron and ironing board?
These items are available upon request. Simply ask at reception.
I am travelling with a baby. Are cots and high chairs available?
The hotel provides cots, subject to availability, which must be requested at the time of booking. High chairs are not available.
Do the apartments have a hairdryer?
Yes. All apartments are equipped with a hairdryer.
Are pets allowed in the hotel?
No. Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs.
Is the hotel adapted for guests with reduced mobility?
Yes. The hotel has facilities adapted for guests with reduced mobility.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
In accordance with Portuguese law, smoking is not permitted in indoor areas of the hotel.
